When you send translation to us, within one hour you receive a precise evaluation together with the final cost. This solution prevents the Clients from unexpected additional charges!

Details:
- The above mentioned prices are final prices (gross).
- The Translation Agency is not VAT payer.
- One calculation page includes 1600 characters with spaces, punctuation marks and numbers. Characters are counted by means of the “word count” tool of the Microsoft Word application.
- Rates:
- Regular rate – up to 5 pages per day (completion the next working day at the earliest),
- Accelerated rate – up to 8 pages per day (completion the next working day at the earliest),
- Express rate – more than 8 pages per day or requiring work after 5 PM, at the weekends or statutory holiday.
- The above mentioned pricelist constitutes estimated pricelist.
- Each order is evaluated individually.
- The degree of complexity of the text, rate, length of the text are taken into consideration when evaluating the cost of each translation.
- After calculating the amount of the whole translation the Client is informed about the final cost of the translation. This solution prevents our Clients from bearing additional costs.
- Orders are also processed beyond opening hours, however Clients are requested to contact us by phone.
